If you can't remember it, or if you no longer have access to it, then I can try and recover your account for you.  In order to speed up the process for me to find your order on file, please email me with as much information as you can.  Such as any of the following:

  • Your order's receipt number?

  • The old email you used when originally purchased?

  • Your zip code you ordered from?

  • About the time when you ordered?

  • What is the first and last name (of the person who ordered the guide)?

  • What country (and state if applicable) are you from?

  • How did you pay for the guide? eBay, ClickBank, or you mailed me the money?

Once I have at least some of this info I can then help you on retrieving your order on file and update your email accordingly.
