I recently switched to a
new server (on June 13th
2008), and because
of that, I had to import
all my users into a new
database. A lot of
those users were
imported from the email
they originally signed
up for. So you may
need to try the original
email you signed up for.
If you can't remember
it, or if you no longer
have access to it, then
I can try and recover
your account
for you. In order
to speed up the process
for me to find your
order on file, please
email me with as much
information as you can.
Such as any of the
following:

Your
order's receipt
number?
-
The
old email you used
when originally
purchased?
-
Your
zip code you ordered
from?
-
About the time when
you ordered?
-
What
is the first and last
name (of the person
who ordered the
guide)?
-
What
country (and state
if applicable) are
you from?
-
What
system did you order
it from? eBay,
ClickBank,
Spugnort's Checkout,
or you mailed me the
money?
Once I have at least
some of this info I can
then help you on
retrieving your order on
file and update your
email accordingly.

I bought the 1-70 guide
in the past and now the
70-80 guide, but now I
do not have access to
the 1-70 guide, what
gives?
You still have access to
the 1-70 guide, just use
the same old login and
password you always used
to login with it.
If you would like to be
able to login to both
guides with one email
and password, just make
sure that both accounts
use the same custom
password and email, you
can change your custom
password and email for
both accounts by logging
into them and then
change it in the
"Account Management"
link inside the members
area.
